LOVE WHO YOU WANT - HER, HIM, THEM, YOU, AKT.

Love is magic and love is for everyone. 

AKT has two proud, gay men at our helm, so this message couldn’t be more relevant. This February we are going ALL IN in honouring the possibilities of love. Ed and Andy took to the streets of London to find real people to share their stories. John Armour joined, equipped with his camera,  to capture each love story on film and we were given an abundance. 

Our subjects stretched across the entire spectrum of humanity: all ages, all genders, all races, all sexualities; yet every story felt unified. Love is for all. Love can have endless possibilities. And every love is unique. 

We spoke to couples who shared their intimate thoughts about their partners: “He’s the first time I’ve been with someone with whom I don’t have to daydream or convince myself that “it’s better than it is”. Cause all the good I could ask for is just there.” 

People who love themselves unconditionally. (If you can’t love yourself, how are you gonna love somebody else?! Rupaul said it from the start!) 

We met pairs creating space for each other and partners thrust together by fate. 

We captured each encounter with authenticity and care. Their love shone through and we felt honoured to witness it. And, of course, we gave them some AKT Deodorant to keep them prepared for whatever life may throw at them. We met couples with blossoming love and love that has stood the test of time, “He’s as nice as he was the day I met him in ‘86.”

 Our conclusion: Love who you want. No one is exempt. AKT with love. Shout it from the rooftops and whisper it delicately into someone’s ear. For her, him, them, you, AKT.
